Must have a Valid License with the state you reside in.
3 Year Clean MVR (NO Improper lane change, Failure to yield right of way, Failure to obey traffic signal, Following too close, Careless driving, erratic lane change, No DUI, DWI, Open Container, Reckless driving, racing, Illegal passing of a school bus, Operating a motor vehicle for the commission of a felony, aggravated assault, Evading a police officer.)
